Still Rockin'

Located on a wooded lot in Timber Creek Trails in the Ouachita National Forest on the foothills of the Ouachita Mountains. Two master bedrooms, large showers, closet space, plus an upstairs loft with twin trundles that sleep four, tub and shower. Two decks with sitting areas, gas grill, and hot tub. Gas fireplace inside the cabin and gas fireplace on upper deck. Wood burning fire pit out back that your whole group will want to gather around. Beautiful granite countertops throughout, full kitchen with built-in appliances, stocked kitchen ready to cook in, and a utility room with washer and dryer. Cable TV and Wifi. Minutes away from restaurants and activities in the Broken Bow Lake area. Relax in the woods & feel right at home in Still Rockin'!

We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our cabin is not suitable to accommodate them.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the cabin! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our cabin as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 10 AM. Unauthorized gatherings will be terminated immediately with no refund. Always be respectful of our community and be good neighbors.

We encourage you to have a great time, but respect the cabin and neighboring cabins. Sounds travel very far in the remote areas of forest.

"WiFi is provided as a convenience only and is not integral to the use the property. No refund of payments shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems.

Housekeeping provides a starter supply of basic essentials. These supplies will not be replenished.

- 1 bottle of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, per shower

- Coffee grounds for 1 pot of coffee

Fireplaces:
Available for your enjoyment from October 1-March 31.

This property is located off a gravel road. No charging station available.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
