Located on a wooded lot in the Ouachita National Forest on the foothills of the Ouachita Mountains! Black Sparrow is a beautiful, high-end cabin with all of the best amenities for a home away from home. It's the perfect cabin for both small groups and family getaways. Black Sparrow is located on the northern side of Hochatown and minutes away from restaurants, activities, and Bevers Bend State Park.

The Space

The first level of Black Sparrow homes two king bedrooms each with full private baths with breathtaking views of nature, soaking tub, quartz countertops, porcelain tile, custom cabinetry & private access to the large private deck with hot tub & fireplace! Enjoy endless nights of entertaining on the upper loft level that offers three XL twin beds, sleeper sofa, a full bathroom, and plenty of room to spread out for movie and game nights.

Everyone will enjoy the open concept floorplan that the Black Sparrow has to offer. Family and friends can visit with each other as the kitchen spills over into the dining and living room. You'll enjoy meals cooked in the well-stocked kitchen with gorgeous quartz countertops, an air-fryer/ convection gas stove, black stainless-steel appliances, and a drink station including a dual wine cooler and coffee bar.

The fully covered back porch is assessable from both masters and the living room. The outdoor covered porch features plenty of seating with a fireplace that everyone can gather around to enjoy their shows on the flat screen TV. The kids will enjoy the tunnel and swings! As the evening turns to night, gather your group around the fire pit to roast smores. It's private and peaceful at Black Sparrow, and there's no better way to unwind after a fun day in Broken Bow than with a chilled glass of wine and soaking in our covered hot tub.

The Town

If you're looking for outdoor adventures, Hochatown has zip lining, go carting, a petting zoo, a giant maze, breweries, and lots of restaurants for fun family dining. Broken Bow Lake is also nearby with swimming areas, kayaking, and tubing. Don't forget to take time to enjoy one of the many scenic hiking trails!

Housekeeping provides a starter supply of basic essentials. These supplies will not be replenished.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
