Welcome to Blue Water Ridge!

This gorgeous cabin offers 2 king bedrooms with master bathrooms attached. The bunk room offers 2 twin over queen bunk beds, an ensuite bathroom as well. This cabin also has 1 queen sofa sleeper for additional sleeping with a full bathroom for the sofa sleeper.
This cabin boasts a gorgeous indoor fireplace for cozying up in the evenings for a movie or you can soak away your stress in the soaking tub in the master bath. Enjoy the back deck while soaking in the hot tub overlooking the wooded forest and your own private HEATED pool! Sit by the fire pit or play a game of corn hole all while enjoying peace and quiet.

Sleeping arrangements:
3 Bedrooms and 4 Bathrooms - 7 beds
Bedroom 1: King bed with en-suite bathroom - downstairs
Bedroom 2: King bed with en-suite bathroom - upstairs
Bedroom 3: Bunk Room with 2 set of bunk beds, twins over queens - sleeps 6 - upstairs
Additional sleeping area: Pull out sofa bed (queen) in living room - downstairs

The cabin is exclusively yours, without interruption during your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

★DOGS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. We allow dogs 25 lbs or less with a 2 pet maximum. Larger breeds must be approved by the management team. Non refundable pet deposit required.

★NO DOGS ALLOWED IN THE POOL★
Dogs are not allowed in the pool. Cameras will be reviewed if there are signs of a dog being in the pool upon check out. A fee for the additional pool clean will be charged to the guest.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the cabin! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our cabin as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 10 AM. Unauthorized gatherings will be terminated immediately with no refund. Always be respectful of our community and be good neighbors.

We encourage you to have a great time, but respect the cabin and neighboring cabins. Sounds travel very far in the remote areas of forest.

Housekeeping provides a starter supply of basic essentials. These supplies will not be replenished.

- 1-2 rolls of toilet paper, per bathroom
- 1 bottle of hand soap, per bathroom
- 2 bathroom garbage bags, per bathroom
- 1 bottle of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, per shower
- 1 roll of paper towels
- 1 bottle of dish soap
- 2 sponges
- 4 dishwasher pods
- 4 tall kitchen garbage bags
- 5 coffee pods
- Coffee grounds for 1 pot of coffee
- Coffee filters
- Small powder creamer
- Small sugar
- Salt/ pepper
- 1 small bottle of laundry soap
- 1 small container of hot tub chlorine (to use after each use as directed)

"WiFi is provided as a convenience only and is not integral to the use the property. No refund of payments shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems.

Fireplaces:
Available for your enjoyment from October 1-March 31.

This property is located off a gravel road. No charging station available.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
