Creekin' Ain't Easy is a high-end custom cabin with a seasonal creek flowing through the backyard. Just minutes from the south entrance of Beavers Bend State Park, this property offers guests a unique combination of high-end comfort and a rustic sophistication.
Broken Bow and Hochatown is an unmatched destination where the family can come to connect, unwind and relax. Tucked between the forest trees in the most picturesque area, it offers fantastic views of nature along with a convenient location to the best restaurants, activities, and park amenities.

We are located less than 15 min from about everything the area has to offer. Hop in the car for a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Mountain Fork River and everything in Hochatown, yet it still feels like you are miles away from everything.
An advantage for cabins located in Hickory Ridge we are just south of all the major traffic and backups in Hochatown, so you can get to and check in to your cabin quickly if you are headed here from the south or west.

This peaceful and luxurious cabin sleeps 10, and features brand new everything from furniture to décor all on one level! The living room includes all new furniture with a 75 inch Smart Flat Screen TV that has all your favorite streaming apps. It also has a gas fireplace (seasonal) to keep you nice and cozy during the fall and winter months. The kitchen has all the utensils and serving dishes/bowls to accommodate your stay. It includes stainless all stainless steel appliances and beautiful black granite counter tops!

Luxury King Bedroom #1 offers a king size bed and mattress set, 40 inch Smart Flat Screen TV with all your favorite apps, XL walk in shower with 2 shower heads that has been beautifully designed and the sinks are his and hers so that you don't have to share at the same time.

Luxury King Bedroom #2 offers a king size bed and mattress set 55 inch Smart Flat Screen TV with all your favorite apps, XL Walk in shower with 2 shower heads and has been beautifully designed and the sinks are his and hers so that you don't have to share at the same time.

Bunkroom Bedroom offers 2 queen beds on bottom with stairs leading up to the top 2 full size beds. This room offers a 65 inch Smart Flat Screen TV for the kids to watch or other guest in this room. The bathroom is just outside the room with a tub and shower.

Back Deck offers an amazing deck and view off of the back of the house. You walk outside from sliding glass doors. The deck will probably be one of your favorite parts of the outdoors along with the firepit to make smores! This includes a 75 inch Smart Flat Screen TV with 4 lounge chairs and one love seat to enjoy your favorite sports team or enjoy a movie on the patio. Get ready for a nice game of ping pong in the back deck area as well. You will also enjoy the XL hot tub that seats 8 people. If you have kids they will enjoy the 7Ft slide off the back deck down towards the bottom level.

Amenities include a Wine Fridge for all you wine lovers, Pellet Grill for all of our BBQ Smokin' lovers, Propane Gas Grill, 8 person hot tub, Large Fire Pit, Wood Rack for fire wood, Corn Hole boards, 7ft Blue Slide for kids, and seasonal creek.

Property is monitored by exterior cameras. These cameras are for the safety of our guests and the security of our cabin when empty. There is no view of the hot tub and there are NO interior cameras.

Similar to rural areas nationwide, you will experience unpaved roads in and around Broken Bow and Hochatown. A small portion of the road leading to Creekin' Ain't Easy is not paved, but it is a new road that is not mountainous and does not require AWD or 4WD to access under normal conditions, including normal rain.

★ DOGS ALLOWED ★
We love those little furry bundles of joy. We allow dogs 25 lbs or less ONLY with a 2 pet maximum. Pets must be crated when renter's are not in the cabin. We have provided one crate in the cabin. Pet deposit is required.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the cabin! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our cabin as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 10 AM. Unauthorized gatherings will be terminated immediately with no refund. Always be respectful of our community and be good neighbors.

Housekeeping provides a starter supply of basic essentials. These supplies will not be replenished.

- 1-2 rolls of toilet paper, per bathroom
- 1 bottle of hand soap, per bathroom
- 2 bathroom garbage bags, per bathroom
- 1 bottle of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, per shower
- 1 roll of paper towels
- 1 bottle of dish soap
- 2 sponges
- 4 dishwasher pods
- 4 tall kitchen garbage bags
- 5 coffee pods
- Coffee grounds for 1 pot of coffee
- Coffee filters
- Small powder creamer
- Small sugar
- Salt/ pepper
- 1 small bottle of laundry soap
- 1 small container of hot tub chlorine (to use after each use as directed)

We encourage you to have a great time, but respect the cabin and neighboring cabins. Sounds travel very far in the remote areas of forest.

WiFi terms and conditions:
"WiFi is provided as a convenience only and is not integral to the use of the property. No refund of payments shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems.

Fireplaces:
Available for your enjoyment from October 1-March 31.

This property is located off a gravel road. No charging station available.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
