Catalina is a new luxury cabin in Winding Creek Reserve. This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom cabin is perfect for relaxing while surrounded by nature. Enjoy the back deck while soaking in the hot tub overlooking the bank of a fully stocked fishing pond. Sit by the fire pit or play a game of corn hole all while enjoying peace and quiet!

Bedroom 3: Bunk Room with 2 set of bunk beds, fulls over queens - sleeps 8 - upstairs

★DOGS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. We allow dogs 50 lbs or less with a 2 pet maximum. Larger breeds must be approved by the management team. Non refundable pet deposit required.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the cabin! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our cabin as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 10 AM. Unauthorized gatherings will be terminated immediately with no refund. Always be respectful of our community and be good neighbors.

We encourage you to have a great time, but respect the cabin and neighboring cabins. Sounds travel very far in the remote areas of forest.

Housekeeping provides a starter supply of basic essentials. These supplies will not be replenished.

- 1-2 rolls of toilet paper, per bathroom
- 1 bottle of hand soap, per bathroom
- 2 bathroom garbage bags, per bathroom
- 1 bottle of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, per shower
- 1 roll of paper towels
- 1 bottle of dish soap
- 2 sponges
- 4 dishwasher pods
- 4 tall kitchen garbage bags
- 5 coffee pods
- Coffee grounds for 1 pot of coffee
- Coffee filters
- Small powder creamer
- Small sugar
- Salt/ pepper
- 1 small bottle of laundry soap
- 1 small container of hot tub chlorine (to use after each use as directed)

Fireplaces:
Available for your enjoyment from October 1-March 31.

This property is located off a gravel road, I highly recommend you have a vehicle that can handle the terrain, 4x4 or AWD preferred. No charging station available.
