Paradise At The Pond is a NEW luxury cabin located in the Winding Creek Reserve neighborhood just minutes away from the best attractions! This custom cabin houses one master suite with a king bed, a second large king bed room, and a four bed bunkroom. Every bedroom also has its own comfy bedding and mounted flat screen TV and bathroom. Sleeps 10. Outside showcases a covered deck, hot tub, fireplace with seating, mounted TV, firepit, and plenty of parking spaces.

Bedroom 1: King bed with attached private bathroom - sleeps up to 2 guests
Bedroom 2: King bed with attached private bathroom - sleeps up to 2 guests
Bedroom 3: Bunk Room - 2 bunk bed sets - twins over fulls - sleeps up to 6 guests

The cabin is exclusively yours, without interruption during your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

★ PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little furry bundles of joy. We allow pets 25 lbs or less ONLY with a 2 pet maximum. Pets must be crated when owner's are not in the cabin. Pet deposit is required.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the cabin! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our cabin as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 10 AM. Unauthorized gatherings will be terminated immediately with no refund. Always be respectful of our community and be good neighbors.

We encourage you to have a great time, but respect the cabin and neighboring cabins. Sounds travel very far in the remote areas of forest.

Housekeeping provides a starter supply of basic essentials. These supplies will not be replenished.

- 2 rolls of toilet paper, per bathroom
- 1 bottle of hand soap, per bathroom
- 2 bathroom garbage bags, per bathroom
- 1 bottle of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, per shower
- 2 rolls of paper towels
- 1 bottle of dish soap
- 2 sponges
- 4 dishwasher pods
- 4 tall kitchen garbage bags
- 5 coffee pods
- Coffee grounds for 1 pot of coffee
- Coffee filters
- Small powder creamer
- Small sugar
- Salt/ pepper
- 1 small bottle of laundry soap
- 1 small container of hot tub chlorine (to use after each use as directed)

Fireplaces:
Available for your enjoyment from October 1-March 31.

This property is located off a gravel road. No charging station available.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
