Experience luxury at its finest in the Governor's House cabin on a creek lot in Hochatown. This stylish retreat offers 5 King bedrooms and a large bunkroom. This cabin is everything guests would expect from one of the Hochatown's top-rated cabins. With 5,700 sq ft of space, including exterior entertainment areas, there's plenty of room for up to 20 guests. The great room boasts amazing views from large windows. A gourmet kitchen for the chef in your group offers plenty of seating for all to enjoy the culinary show. Natural light pours into the dining room to truly capture the essence of luxury in the woods. The gameroom is conveniently located on the first level. Highly desired area attractions, wineries, Broken Bow Lake Marina, and State Park are nearby. The Governor's House is the perfect cabin!

We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our cabin is not suitable to accommodate them.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the cabin! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

★ Noise Ordinance ★
We kindly ask you to treat our cabin as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 10 AM. Always be respectful of our community and be good neighbors.

Housekeeping provides a starter supply of basic essentials. These supplies will not be replenished.

We encourage you to have a great time, but respect the cabin and neighboring cabins. Sounds travel very far in the remote areas of forest.

"WiFi is provided as a convenience only and is not integral to the use the property. No refund of payments shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems.

Fireplaces:
Available for your enjoyment from October 1-March 31.

This property is located off a gravel road. No charging station available.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
