When you arrive at Diamond in the Ruff, you will see that it is just that. This cabin is the perfect cabin for your next family getaway. Newly remodeled to fit the cabin lifestyle. This cabin is located on the northern side of Hochatown. The drive to the cabin is beautiful, especially in the fall as the leaves are changing. You'll enjoy the privacy of a large lot without other cabins stacked on each side of you. Bring those furry friends along for a great time with the family as well! Fishermen, bring the boats along! The circle drive way and level roads leading to the cabin make it perfect for boat trailers.

Living Room - Large entertainment center, smart tv, large sectional couch, ottoman that opens up for extra storage.

Kitchen and Dining - The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the essentials including a duo Keurig coffee maker, all dishes you will need to prepare your meals, extensive counter space, extra storage in the antique hutch, and 2 bar stools for extra seating. The dining table will seat 8 comfortably. There is also a tall top table with seating for 4.

Bedroom 1: King size bed, dedicated work area, mounted TV, large dresser, direct access to back porch with an en suite bathroom with walk in shower, soaker tub, his and hers sinks. - sleeps 2

Bedroom 3: Bunk Room #1 - 2 sets of twin bunk beds - sleeps 4
Bedroom 4: Bunk Room #2 - 2 sets of twin bunk beds - sleeps 4

Outdoors- Hot tub, dining table with seating for 4, lawn chairs for extra seating, fire pit with seating for 6, hard lined gas grill, and corn hole boards.

General Information - Full-size washer and dryer available in the laundry closet. Maximum occupancy for this cabin is 12, no exceptions.

The cabin is exclusively yours, without interruption during your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

★ PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. We allow pets 25 lbs or less with a 2 pet maximum. Larger breeds must be approved by the management team.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the cabin! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our cabin as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 10 AM. Unauthorized gatherings will be terminated immediately with no refund. Always be respectful of our community and be good neighbors.

Housekeeping provides a starter supply of basic essentials. These supplies will not be replenished.

- 2 rolls of toilet paper, per bathroom
- 1 bottle of hand soap, per bathroom
- 2 bathroom garbage bags, per bathroom
- 1 bottle of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, per shower
- 1 roll of paper towels
- 1 bottle of dish soap
- 2 sponges
- 4 dishwasher pods
- 4 tall kitchen garbage bags
- 5 coffee pods
- Coffee grounds for 1 pot of coffee
- Coffee filters
- Small powder creamer
- Small sugar
- Salt/ pepper
- 1 small bottle of laundry soap
- 1 small container of hot tub chlorine (to use after each use as directed)

**Please follow all warning signs posted at the hot tub and don't let children use unsupervised.

Fireplaces:
Available for your enjoyment from October 1-March 31.

This property is located off a paved road. No charging station available.

It's a beautiful drive to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, popular hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries and downtown Hochatown and access to all the outdoors activities you want – boating, hiking, fly-fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, ATV trails, horseback riding, Cedar Creek Golf Course, mini-golf, helicopter rides, mining for gold, train rides, go-carts, and a really great petting zoo.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
