Nestled just minutes from Broken Bow Lake, Mountain Fork River, and Beavers Bend State Park, it offers the perfect blend of seclusion and accessibility. Take in the serene surroundings from the back deck, whether you're relaxing in the hot tub with views of the wooded forest or enjoying the luxury of your private heated pool, available starting September 27th! Whether you’re seeking adventure in the great outdoors or simply a peaceful escape from the daily grind, this cabin provides an ideal home base for your vacation.

Inside, you’ll find two king bedrooms with private bathrooms, an upstairs bedroom with a double bed, and a spacious bunkroom that sleeps six. The open floor plan creates a welcoming atmosphere, perfect for gatherings and relaxation. Modern amenities abound, including a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and heating, smart TVs both indoors and outdoors, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a Keurig Duo coffee pot. The cabin also features practical conveniences like an EV charger, a washer and dryer, and self-check-in with a smart lock for a hassle-free arrival.

As a guest of this cabin, you’ll have access to the brand-new luxury pickleball court, Pickle Bow. Cabin guests receive 2 hours of complimentary court time per day. Additional court time can be purchased for $60 per 2-hour session. Court rentals include free access to pickleball paddles and balls. You'll receive an email from Treeline Vacation Rentals with instructions and a link to reserve your preferred court dates and times at Pickle Bow.

Step outside to enjoy the covered back patio, complete with a gas grill, hot tub, and plenty of seating for outdoor dining and relaxation. Gather around the outdoor firepit in the evenings (don't forget to bring your own firewood), or watch deer visit the feeder set up nearby. With free parking and pet-friendly policies (pets under 25 lbs, with larger breeds upon approval), The Cottage At Cedar Hills ensures a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests, including your furry friends. We kindly ask you to treat our cabin as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 7 AM. Always be respectful of our community and be good neighbors.

We encourage you to have a great time, but respect the cabin and neighboring cabins. Sounds travel very far in the remote areas of forest.

WiFi is provided as a convenience only and is not integral to the use the property. No refund of payments shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
