The Loft is a brand new luxury cabin perfect for a relaxing getaway with your loved ones. It is located in beautiful Woodland Hills development of Broken Bow, only minutes away from Hochatown and Broken Bow lake. It's private and peaceful, with gorgeous views of the hardwood forest and colorful sunsets. This spacious cabin is perfect for any gathering, designed for togetherness. With 4 sleeping areas and 2 bathrooms, it can accommodate up to 12 guests.

If you're looking for outdoor adventures, only ten minutes to town. Hochatown has zip lining, go carting, a petting zoo, an arcade and lots of restaurants for fun family dinners. Don't forget to take time to enjoy one of our many scenic hiking trails! We are certain The Loft will provide an unforgettable getaway for you and your family! We hope to see you soon!

We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. We allow pets 25 lbs or less with a 2 pet maximum. Larger breeds must be approved by the management team.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the cabin! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our cabin as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 11 PM to 10 AM. Unauthorized gatherings will be terminated immediately with no refund. Always be respectful of our community and be good neighbors.

We encourage you to have a great time, but respect the cabin and neighboring cabins. Sounds travel very far in the remote areas of forest.

WiFi terms and conditions:
"WiFi is provided as a convenience only and is not integral to the use the property. No refund of payments shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems.

**Please note, maintenance may stop by time to time to get supplies from the private garage below. They will not need to meet with the guest and will only stop by briefly.

Fireplaces:
Available for your enjoyment from October 1-March 31.

This property is located off a gravel road. There is a charging station available.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
