In search of the perfect cabin for a couple's getaway or small family vacation? "Rich Tavern" is the perfect cabin in the woods for you! This 2-bedroom 2 bathroom featuring a luxurious wet room with soaking tub and rain head shower, has everything you need to have a peaceful and memorable vacation.

Offering easy access to ATV trails and an extra-large driveway for boat/ATV parking. You will be mesmerized by the spectacular vistas that comprise the Great Ouachita Mountains - right outside this cabin! See why this area is known as “Oklahoma’s Oasis”! Sit back and relax in your private Hot Tub with outdoor TV or sit under the stars and enjoy the mountain air around the fire pit roasting marshmallows! For rainy days we offer a large open game-room with shuffleboard and endless board and card games. You can spend your day at Beavers Bend Creek Golf Course- a full 18-hole golf course on the banks of Broken Bow Lake. Keep in touch with work with high-speed Wi-Fi. In the winter months the fireplace is perfect to cuddle up in front of to watch a movie with your significant other. Located 7 miles north of all the local area attractions, yet you feel like you are in a true mountain sanctuary, far away from the hustle-and-bustle of life. "Rich Tavern" offers you the ideal combination of Views, Amenities, Convenience, and Value!

It is just a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, popular hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries and downtown Hochatown and access to all the outdoors activities you want – boating, hiking, fly-fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, ATV trails, horseback riding, Cedar Creek Golf Course, mini-golf, helicopter rides, mining for gold, train rides, go-carts, and a really great petting zoo.

We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our cabin is not suitable to accommodate them.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the cabin! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our cabin as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 10 AM. Unauthorized gatherings will be terminated immediately with no refund. Always be respectful of our community and be good neighbors.

We encourage you to have a great time, but respect the cabin and neighboring cabins. Sounds travel very far in the remote areas of forest.

Housekeeping provides a starter supply of basic essentials. These supplies will not be replenished.

- 1-2 rolls of toilet paper, per bathroom
- 1 bottle of hand soap, per bathroom
- 2 bathroom garbage bags, per bathroom
- 1 bottle of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, per shower
- 1 roll of paper towels
- 1 bottle of dish soap
- 2 sponges
- 4 dishwasher pods
- 4 tall kitchen garbage bags
- 5 coffee pods
- Coffee grounds for 1 pot of coffee
- Coffee filters
- Small powder creamer
- Small sugar
- Salt/ pepper
- 1 small bottle of laundry soap
- 1 small container of hot tub chlorine (to use after each use as directed)

Fireplaces:
Available for your enjoyment from October 1-March 31.

This property is located off a gravel road, I highly recommend you have a vehicle that can handle the terrain, 4x4 or AWD preferred. No charging station available.
