Rich Roller cabin is all decked out in its cottage-boho decor. There are 2 king master bedrooms with their own bathrooms in each suite. Flat-screen HD TV’s are located in the master bedrooms and living area, as well as the outdoor deck area.. Air conditioning and gas fireplaces are available in case the mountain temperatures don’t suit you. The oversized porch boasts a gas grill, comfortable seating area, and hot tub for a soothing evening soak while stargazing!

Stepping into this new cabin in Broken Bow, you will see this fully equipped kitchen featuring a dining table seating 4, island bar with barstools seating 3, crock pot and coffee maker. Moving into the living room you will find a Roku Tv above the gas fireplace and a comfortable sectional with enough seating for the entire family. Continuing into the first master bedroom you will find a King size master suite equipped with bedside storage, room darkening shades, and we cannot forget the coziest bed to ever exist. This master bedroom has an attached master bathroom featuring his & hers sinks for easier mornings and a wonderful walk in shower stocked with shower essentials. Stepping into the hallway, you will find a closet hiding your stacked washer and dryer. The second King master suite is also fully equipped with bedside storage, room darkening shades, as well as another super cozy bed you'll never want to leave. This bedroom has an attached master bathroom featuring a his & hers sinks, as well as a walk in shower stocked with shower essentials. You will also find a half bath featured in this cabin. Stepping outside onto the back deck you will see a Roku Tv above the outside gas fireplace with only the best patio furniture around for those hours of relaxation. There is also a gas grill for that chef in the group to prepare the finest cuisine for everyone to enjoy. Continuing further off of the back deck, you will find the private hot tub ready for you to bring that glass of wine and wind down with your friends. Step off of the back deck to find a 4 seater firepit ready for you to enjoy smores and bigfoot stories. You do not want to miss out on this cabin for your next getaway! We do provide concierge services so please feel free to reach out!

Located near all the best restaurants, activities, and park amenities. It is just a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, popular hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries and downtown Hochatown and access to all the outdoors activities you want – boating, hiking, fly-fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, ATV trails, horseback riding, Cedar Creek Golf Course, mini-golf, helicopter rides, mining for gold, train rides, go-carts, and a really great petting zoo.

We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our cabin is not suitable to accommodate them.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the cabin! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our cabin as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 10 AM. Unauthorized gatherings will be terminated immediately with no refund. Always be respectful of our community and be good neighbors.

We encourage you to have a great time, but respect the cabin and neighboring cabins. Sounds travel very far in the remote areas of forest.

Housekeeping provides a starter supply of basic essentials. These supplies will not be replenished.

- 1-2 rolls of toilet paper, per bathroom
- 1 bottle of hand soap, per bathroom
- 2 bathroom garbage bags, per bathroom
- 1 bottle of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, per shower
- 1 roll of paper towels
- 1 bottle of dish soap
- 2 sponges
- 4 dishwasher pods
- 4 tall kitchen garbage bags
- 5 coffee pods
- Coffee grounds for 1 pot of coffee
- Coffee filters
- Small powder creamer
- Small sugar
- Salt/ pepper
- 1 small bottle of laundry soap
- 1 small container of hot tub chlorine (to use after each use as directed)

Fireplaces:
Available for your enjoyment from October 1-March 31.

This property is located off a gravel road, I highly recommend you have a vehicle that can handle the terrain, 4x4 or AWD preferred. No charging station available.
