Opting for a clean and uncluttered energy, you’ll find this property equipped for the most discerning guests. A fully stocked, gourmet kitchen awaits with features including a Keurig for the coffee connoisseurs in your group. The living space displays the work to complement a contemporary décor with a hint of mid-century style. Colors are serene and neutral and comfort is the standard. With four bedrooms and 5 full baths, there’s space to comfortably accommodate 14 people. There are 2 king master bedrooms on the first level, featuring a full master bathroom in each bedroom. Downstairs, you will also find the laundry room fully equipped with laundry detergent to accommodate your group. On the second level, there are 2 bedrooms that offers a king master with its own full master bathroom. In the loft area, you will find a cozy leather couch with two ottomans for relaxing while the kids play shuffleboard. You can also find a full size bunk bed over a queen size bed located in the loft area for more accommodation. The loft area has its own separate full bathroom as well. The outdoor amenities are just as spectacular, with a large top and bottom deck offering both a lounge and dining area to enjoy the cuisine cooking on the grill. Enjoy the amazing hot tub while conversing with the family and friends. The sunny backyard features a 6 person firepit, perfect for an evening of stargazing and a glass of wine.

Located near all the best restaurants, activities, and park amenities. It is just a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, popular hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries and downtown Hochatown and access to all the outdoors activities you want – boating, hiking, fly-fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, ATV trails, horseback riding, Cedar Creek Golf Course, mini-golf, helicopter rides, mining for gold, train rides, go-carts, and a really great petting zoo.

We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our cabin is not suitable to accommodate them.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the cabin! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our cabin as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 10 AM. Unauthorized gatherings will be terminated immediately with no refund. Always be respectful of our community and be good neighbors.

We encourage you to have a great time, but respect the cabin and neighboring cabins. Sounds travel very far in the remote areas of forest.

Housekeeping provides a starter supply of basic essentials. These supplies will not be replenished.

- 1-2 rolls of toilet paper, per bathroom
- 1 bottle of hand soap, per bathroom
- 2 bathroom garbage bags, per bathroom
- 1 bottle of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, per shower
- 1 roll of paper towels
- 1 bottle of dish soap
- 2 sponges
- 4 dishwasher pods
- 4 tall kitchen garbage bags
- 5 coffee pods
- Coffee grounds for 1 pot of coffee
- Coffee filters
- Small powder creamer
- Small sugar
- Salt/ pepper
- 1 small bottle of laundry soap
- 1 small container of hot tub chlorine (to use after each use as directed)

Fireplaces:
Available for your enjoyment from October 1-March 31.

This property is located off a gravel road, I highly recommend you have a vehicle that can handle the terrain, 4x4 or AWD preferred. No charging station available.
