Welcome to Rich Hideaway, a 1 story easy accessible cabin for all ages of family. Featuring a large open family kitchen and living room with direct outdoor views of the beautiful Ouachita Forest. The large covered deck has family seating in front of the smart TV and nestled by the fireplace. For late nights sit under the string lights while roasting marshmallows by the fire-pit or enjoying the hot tub.

Rich hideaway offers 2 king masters each with private balcony’s to enjoy your morning coffee with a view. A two person luxury walk-in shower, and a large soaking tub. The game-room features 2 XL bunk beds with arcade games, board games, and a foosball table. Come enjoy a hideaway weekend with your family!

Car is needed to get around Hochatown

Located near all the best restaurants, activities, and park amenities. It is just a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, popular hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries and downtown Hochatown and access to all the outdoors activities you want – boating, hiking, fly-fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, ATV trails, horseback riding, Cedar Creek Golf Course, mini-golf, helicopter rides, mining for gold, train rides, go-carts, and a really great petting zoo.

We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our cabin is not suitable to accommodate them.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the cabin! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our cabin as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 10 AM. Unauthorized gatherings will be terminated immediately with no refund. Always be respectful of our community and be good neighbors.

We encourage you to have a great time, but respect the cabin and neighboring cabins. Sounds travel very far in the remote areas of forest.

Housekeeping provides a starter supply of basic essentials. These supplies will not be replenished.

- 1-2 rolls of toilet paper, per bathroom
- 1 bottle of hand soap, per bathroom
- 2 bathroom garbage bags, per bathroom
- 1 bottle of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, per shower
- 1 roll of paper towels
- 1 bottle of dish soap
- 2 sponges
- 4 dishwasher pods
- 4 tall kitchen garbage bags
- 5 coffee pods
- Coffee grounds for 1 pot of coffee
- Coffee filters
- Small powder creamer
- Small sugar
- Salt/ pepper
- 1 small bottle of laundry soap
- 1 small container of hot tub chlorine (to use after each use as directed)

"WiFi is provided as a convenience only and is not integral to the use the property. No refund of payments shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems.

Fireplaces:
Available for your enjoyment from October 1-March 31.

This property is located off a gravel road, I highly recommend you have a vehicle that can handle the terrain, 4x4 or AWD preferred. No charging station available.
