Welcome to Rich Carlton in Broken Bow. Rich Carlton has a modern rustic feel. This cabin sleeps 13 featuring 4 King master suites with connecting master bathrooms and a bunkroom featuring its own bathroom. There is a game room featuring a pool table, shuffleboard, and extra seating for the kids.

Stepping into Rich Carlton you will find a fully stocked kitchen featuring an island bar that will seat 4, crockpot and coffee maker. The extra large sink will hold all of those dishes from the amazing food the chef in the family prepares. The open shelf concept makes it feel very roomy and comfortable. There is also a dining table that will seat 6 comfortably. Continue into the living room to find 2 cozy loveseats, as well as 2 lounge chairs to cuddle up on in front of the fireplace to watch your favorite streaming shows. Take in the view from the living room with the floor to ceiling windows. Downstairs, you will also find 3 king master bedrooms, the first King master suite features a king size bed, bedside storage, room darkening shades, and a full bathroom - single vanity sink - with walk in shower. The second bedroom downstairs features a king size bed, bedside storage, room darkening shades, full dresser for clothing storage, and a full master bathroom - double vanity sinks - with a walk in shower. The last downstairs bedroom features a king size bed, bedside storage, room darkening shades, full master bathroom - double vanity sinks - with walk in shower + soaker tub. You will also find a laundry room downstairs. Follow me upstairs to find the last King master bedroom featuring a king size bed, bedside storage, room darkening shades, full master bathroom - single vanity sink - with a walk in shower. The bunk room features 2 bunk beds - 1 bunk bed has 2 single beds, and the other bunk bed has a twin over full. This bunk room has it's own bathroom featuring a double vanity sink and walk in shower. Don't miss out on the fun of the game room! You will find a pool table, shuffleboard, and extra seating for the kids. Step out onto the back deck and take in the views. You will be greeted by a big screen Roku tv, large sectional patio furniture, as well as a nice fireplace to relax by. You will find a brand new grill ready to be used by the chef in the group. The hot tub is tucked off the back deck, making this a more private area for relaxing under the stars. Late night smores can be prepared by the firepit out back - seating 6 comfortably.

Car is needed to get around Hochatown.

Located near all the best restaurants, activities, and park amenities. It is just a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, popular hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries and downtown Hochatown and access to all the outdoors activities you want – boating, hiking, fly-fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, ATV trails, horseback riding, Cedar Creek Golf Course, mini-golf, helicopter rides, mining for gold, train rides, go-carts, and a really great petting zoo.

We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our cabin is not suitable to accommodate them.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the cabin! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our cabin as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 10 AM. Unauthorized gatherings will be terminated immediately with no refund. Always be respectful of our community and be good neighbors.

We encourage you to have a great time, but respect the cabin and neighboring cabins. Sounds travel very far in the remote areas of forest.

Housekeeping provides a starter supply of basic essentials. These supplies will not be replenished.

- 1-2 rolls of toilet paper, per bathroom
- 1 bottle of hand soap, per bathroom
- 2 bathroom garbage bags, per bathroom
- 1 bottle of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, per shower
- 1 roll of paper towels
- 1 bottle of dish soap
- 2 sponges
- 4 dishwasher pods
- 4 tall kitchen garbage bags
- 5 coffee pods
- Coffee grounds for 1 pot of coffee
- Coffee filters
- Small powder creamer
- Small sugar
- Salt/ pepper
- 1 small bottle of laundry soap
- 1 small container of hot tub chlorine (to use after each use as directed)

Fireplaces:
Available for your enjoyment from October 1-March 31.

This property is located off a gravel road, I highly recommend you have a vehicle that can handle the terrain, 4x4 or AWD preferred. No charging station available.
