Welcome to Okie Oasis! This beautiful, 2 king bed/3 bath/bunk & game room cabin is the ultimate getaway for groups of families and friends! The location is perfect, only minutes away from Broken Bow Lake, Mountain Fork River and Beavers Bend State Park. It's a short drive to Mountain Fork Brewery, Okie Girl Coffee, and many other fun locations the area has to offer!

Bedroom 3: Bunkroom with bunk beds - sleeps 6, pool table, private balcony, and private bathroom.

The cabin is exclusively yours, without interruption during your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

★ PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. We allow pets 25 lbs or less with a 2 pet maximum. Larger breeds must be approved by the management team.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the cabin! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our cabin as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 10 AM. Unauthorized gatherings will be terminated immediately with no refund. Always be respectful of our community and be good neighbors.

We encourage you to have a great time, but respect the cabin and neighboring cabins. Sounds travel very far in the remote areas of forest.

"WiFi is provided as a convenience only and is not integral to the use the property. No refund of payments shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems.

Housekeeping provides a starter supply of basic essentials. These supplies will not be replenished.

- 1-2 rolls of toilet paper, per bathroom
- 1 bottle of hand soap, per bathroom
- 2 bathroom garbage bags, per bathroom
- 1 bottle of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, per shower
- 1 roll of paper towels
- 1 bottle of dish soap
- 2 sponges
- 4 dishwasher pods
- 4 tall kitchen garbage bags
- 5 coffee pods
- Coffee grounds for 1 pot of coffee
- Coffee filters
- Small powder creamer
- Small sugar
- Salt/ pepper
- 1 small bottle of laundry soap
- 1 small container of hot tub chlorine (to use after each use as directed)
