Joyful Bliss is a brand new cabin in the Cedar Hills neighborhood. This cabin offers a unique layout with two cabin sections. The main cabin side offers one king bedroom, a game room/sleeping loft, and 1.5 bathrooms. Across the breezeway is a private king bedroom with a large private bathroom. The large back porch has great outdoor seating, a relaxing hot tub, and private fire pit. We are located less than 15 min from about everything the area has to offer. Hop in the car for a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Mountain Fork River and everything in Hochatown, yet it still feels like you are miles away from everything. An advantage for cabins located in Cedar Hills, we are just south of all the major traffic and backups in Hochatown, so you can get to and check in to your cabin quickly if you are headed here from the south or west. Joyful Bliss is perfect for making memories with family and friends!

We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. We allow dogs 25 lbs or less with a 2 pet maximum. Larger breeds must be approved by the management team. Non refundable pet deposit required.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the cabin! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our cabin as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 10 AM. Unauthorized gatherings will be terminated immediately with no refund. Always be respectful of our community and be good neighbors.

We encourage you to have a great time, but respect the cabin and neighboring cabins. Sounds travel very far in the remote areas of forest.

Housekeeping provides a starter supply of basic essentials. These supplies will not be replenished.

- 1-2 rolls of toilet paper, per bathroom
- 1 bottle of hand soap, per bathroom
- 2 bathroom garbage bags, per bathroom
- 1 bottle of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, per shower
- 1 roll of paper towels
- 1 bottle of dish soap
- 2 sponges
- 4 dishwasher pods
- 4 tall kitchen garbage bags
- 5 coffee pods
- Coffee grounds for 1 pot of coffee
- Coffee filters
- Small powder creamer
- Small sugar
- Salt/ pepper
- 1 small bottle of laundry soap
- 1 small container of hot tub chlorine (to use after each use as directed)

WiFi terms and conditions:
"WiFi is provided as a convenience only and is not integral to the use of the property. No refund of payments shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems.

Fireplaces:
Available for your enjoyment from October 1-March 31.

This property is located off a gravel road, I highly recommend you have a vehicle that can handle the terrain, 4x4 or AWD preferred. No charging station available.
