Heart o' Texas is sure to make you feel right at home! Enjoy the cozy atmosphere as you enter this beautiful cabin which is fully equipped to make your stay the best possible experience! The living area boasts comfortable couches to sit around the fireplace and a flat screen tv ensures you never miss your favorite shows! The kitchen is equipped with all you need to prepare a fantastic meal for your group! All basic cooking supplies are provided such as pots, pans, serving dishes, cups, utensils and even a crock pot! Outdoors, you will enjoy the back deck featuring a bubbling hot tub and firepit for swapping your favorite stories and making smores!

★ DOGS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. We allow dogs 25 lbs or less with a 2 pet maximum. Larger breeds must be approved by the management team. Non refundable pet deposit required.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the cabin! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our cabin as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 10 AM. Unauthorized gatherings will be terminated immediately with no refund. Always be respectful of our community and be good neighbors.

Housekeeping provides a starter supply of basic essentials. These supplies will not be replenished.
Below is a list of the items:

- 1-2 rolls of toilet paper, per bathroom
- 1 bottle of hand soap, per bathroom
- 2 bathroom garbage bags, per bathroom
- 1 bottle of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, per shower
- 1 roll of paper towels
- 1 bottle of dish soap
- 2 sponges
- 4 dishwasher pods
- 4 tall kitchen garbage bags
- 5 coffee pods
- Coffee grounds for 1 pot of coffee
- Coffee filters
- Small powder creamer
- Small sugar
- Salt/ pepper
- 1 small bottle of laundry soap
- 1 small container of hot tub chlorine (to use after each use as directed)

We encourage you to have a great time, but respect the cabin and neighboring cabins. Sounds travel very far in the remote areas of forest.

WiFi terms and conditions:
"WiFi is provided as a convenience only and is not integral to the use of the property. No refund of payments shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems.

Fireplaces:
Available for your enjoyment from October 1-March 31.

This property is located off a gravel road, I highly recommend you have a vehicle that can handle the terrain, 4x4 or AWD preferred. No charging station available.
