Welcome to Cali Pine Cabin, our modern, chic cottage cabin! At 800 sf, you'll enjoy all the luxury amenities of a full-size cabin without sacrificing comfort or your budget! Plus, you're smack in the middle of Hochatown near the casino and the petting zoo! Sleeps 4 with 2 beds.

Cali Pine Cabin is nestled in the heart of a lush forest, this cozy retreat is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. As you approach the cabin, you'll immediately notice the cute Infinity Pines Village with a picturesque setting and tranquil ambiance and will be greeted by a peaceful ambiance and the fresh scent of pine trees. The cabin itself is a rustic and charming two-story building, featuring a warm and inviting interior with plenty of natural light.

The main floor features a fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and all the cookware you'll need to whip up a delicious meal. The open concept living and dining area is perfect for entertaining or relaxing with loved ones, and includes a cozy fireplace, comfortable seating, and dining table. Enjoy the comfort of the private master bedroom with a cloud like mattress and comfortable bedding. The cabin also includes a modern bathroom with a shower and all the necessary amenities.

Upstairs, you'll find a spacious loft, with a plush queen-sized pull out sofa and a cozy game area.

Step outside onto the large deck and you'll be greeted by the surrounding forest. The deck is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or take in the sunset while sipping a glass of wine while enjoying the hot tub, fireplace or firepit!

★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our cabin is not suitable to accommodate them.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the cabin! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our cabin as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 10 AM. Unauthorized gatherings will be terminated immediately with no refund. Always be respectful of our community and be good neighbors.

We encourage you to have a great time, but respect the cabin and neighboring cabins. Sounds travel very far in the remote areas of forest.

Housekeeping provides a starter supply of basic essentials. These supplies will not be replenished.

- 1-2 rolls of toilet paper, per bathroom
- 1 bottle of hand soap, per bathroom
- 2 bathroom garbage bags, per bathroom
- 1 bottle of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, per shower
- 1 roll of paper towels
- 1 bottle of dish soap
- 2 sponges
- 4 dishwasher pods
- 4 tall kitchen garbage bags
- 5 coffee pods
- Coffee grounds for 1 pot of coffee
- Coffee filters
- Small powder creamer
- Small sugar
- Salt/ pepper
- 1 small bottle of laundry soap
- 1 small container of hot tub chlorine (to use after each use as directed)

Fireplaces:
Available for your enjoyment from October 1-March 31.

This property is located off a gravel road, I highly recommend you have a vehicle that can handle the terrain, 4x4 or AWD preferred. No charging station available.
