Ace of Spades is a brand new build secluded in Northern Hochatown.

This 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath is perfect for a family getaway. The cabin is located 6 miles North of Hochatown. The open concept design inside makes entertaining a breeze. In the living area there is a cozy fireplace with plenty of seating. Across the room there is the kitchen with loads of counter space, storage, and the granite countertops make clean-up a breeze. There's a ton of natural light making the dining table between the living room and kitchen the perfect spot to enjoy a great meal. Boasting 4 Kings suites with walk-in showers and a separate bunk house with 2 triple twin bunk sets and en suite bath with walk-in shower. In the bunk house there is a game room with flat screen TV, retro video arcade, and air hockey table. The hot tub and fireplace are located between the main cabin and bunk house. This deck area provides plenty of seclusion, additional seating, and even an outdoor dining table. Whether relaxing in peace under the shade of the pines while roasting s'mores or watching the wildlife from the hot tub there are great views to be had all around at Ace of Spades.

★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our cabin is not suitable to accommodate them. Fees will occur if pets are on the property.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the cabin! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our cabin as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 10 AM. Unauthorized gatherings will be terminated immediately with no refund. Always be respectful of our community and be good neighbors.

We encourage you to have a great time, but respect the cabin and neighboring cabins. Sounds travel very far in the remote areas of forest.

The Town:
If you're looking for outdoor adventures, Hochatown has zip lining, go carting, a petting zoo, a giant maze, breweries, and lots of restaurants for fun family dining. Broken Bow Lake is also nearby with swimming areas, kayaking, and tubing. Don't forget to take time to enjoy one of the many scenic hiking trails!

Housekeeping provides a starter supply of basic essentials. These supplies will not be replenished.

- 1-2 rolls of toilet paper, per bathroom
- 1 bottle of hand soap, per bathroom
- 2 bathroom garbage bags, per bathroom
- 1 bottle of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, per shower
- 1 roll of paper towels
- 1 bottle of dish soap
- 2 sponges
- 4 dishwasher pods
- 4 tall kitchen garbage bags
- 5 coffee pods
- Coffee grounds for 1 pot of coffee
- Coffee filters
- Small powder creamer
- Small sugar
- Salt/ pepper
- 1 small bottle of laundry soap
- 1 small container of hot tub chlorine (to use after each use as directed)

Fireplaces:
Available for your enjoyment from October 1-March 31.

NO PETS ALLOWED—NO PARTIES/EVENTS—NO SMOKING INSIDE

This property is located off a gravel road, I highly recommend you have a vehicle that can handle the terrain, 4x4 or AWD preferred. No charging station available.
